Departmental Business
The office of the Secretary consists of Center of Public Affairs, Internal Audit Division,Documentation Division. A brief introduction to each unit/center is presented below.
Center of Public Affairs
- Brand marketing:
Through featured news, media editing, and school publications to highlights the school’s honor and unique characteristics.
We establish the school’s brand and value through internal communication of school brand concept and external management of media relations. Internal Auditing Division. - Public affairs:
Hold /co-organize important media activities and special activities internally, purchase/manage public relations gift and manage media relations externallys
Internal Auditing Division
The Internal Auditing Division carries out services for Board of Regents and internal controls, and performs Internal Audits. The Internal Auditing Division performs personnel, financial and compliance audits according to internal controls and internal audit implementation plans approved by the President. Common elements of an audit engagement include procedure, control point, forms, meeting minutes, measures, results of external audit/evaluation and trace of their improvement, major project auditing, etc.
Documentation Division
Documents Division is responsible for processing and categorizing all the incoming and outgoing documents for the entire university.
The duties of this division are to receive, sort, dispatch, proofread and send official documents. The division endeavors to simplify processes of document processing and recalling overdue documents, to digitalize and standardize document management to improve document processing efficiency and provide better document related services.
